lower total cost. For the work we agree to replace.
The 50% savings commitment comes with a one-year managed agreement, billed annually. We do not offer monthly plans. It applies to the existing workflows and costs we agree to replace.
We agree the existing workflows, baseline spending, workload, included costs, measurement period, and terms in your written proposal. That proposal also sets the remedy if the agreed savings are not met.
Hosting, maintenance, and agreed AI/API usage count toward the replacement cost, whether usage is billed directly to you or rebilled at cost.
TWO WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Choose the relationship that fits your business.
MANAGED SOFTWARE
We take care of it.
Custom tools built around your workflows, with hosting, maintenance, and optimization in an agreed managed scope.
One-year commitment, billed annually and quoted for your scope.
We build, host, maintain, and own the managed software.
You always own your business data.
Free, complete exports anytime and for 90 days after your contract ends, for any reason.
AI/API costs count toward the agreed total savings.
New features and higher usage are priced separately.
Every contract includes a buyout clause, so you can own and self-host your custom software. You can also choose an upfront ownership purchase, with the scope and handover agreed in writing.
Your contract sets the buyout price and handover terms.
Own and self-host your custom software after the buyout.
$0 ongoing SoftwareAdvisors.com software subscription fees after buyout.
You pay hosting, compute, API usage, and any third-party license costs.
Ongoing support and future development are optional and priced separately.
Your business data remains yours.
The 50% managed savings commitment does not automatically apply to a purchase.
Existing hosting, support, or integration charges in the baseline
Hosting and maintenance for the agreed scope
Usage
The agreed existing workload
Included AI/API usage, plus any directly paid usage costs
Security and compliance
Requirements for the agreed existing workflow
Agreed controls, providers, and compliance costs required for the replacement
Change
The current workflow as defined
New features or increased volumes quoted separately
We do not count hypothetical staff time savings as a substitute for the agreed software-cost reduction. Any separate time-saving estimate should have its own assumptions.
THE COST OF A BETTER WAY
Same business. Smaller software bill.
Start with your annual spending on the workflows you’d like to replace. See what keeping half of that budget could mean.
Illustrative estimate for a one-year managed agreement, billed annually. We qualify the opportunity first, then agree the existing workflows, workload, total costs, and savings terms in writing.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
Stay for the value. Keep control of your data.
You always own your business data. Export all of it anytime during your contract and for 90 days after your contract ends, for any reason.
01 / TAKE IT WITH YOU
Free, usable exports.
Get all your business data, including your records, files, and the structure connecting them, in common formats you can use elsewhere. No export fees.
02 / TIME TO TRANSITION
90 days after any ending.
Your access to export continues for 90 days after the contract ends, whatever the reason. You can hand your data to your team or your next provider.
03 / YOUR CHOICE
No renewal to retrieve it.
You can retrieve your data without renewing your service or purchasing the software. Your data ownership and export rights stand on their own.
The 90-day period provides access for data export. You can request earlier return or deletion; regulated-data handling follows the requirements agreed for your project.
OPTIONAL PROJECT SCOPES
Compliance requirements? Build them into the plan.
SOC 2 readiness, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements can be scoped into your project, with the applicable controls, providers, agreements, and additional costs agreed before work begins.
SOC 2
Readiness and controls.
We can scope control implementation, documentation, and evidence preparation to support your SOC 2 readiness. A SOC 2 report requires an independent examination.
HIPAA
Plan for health data.
We can scope safeguards, access controls, suitable providers, and applicable business associate agreements for workflows involving protected health information.
GDPR
Plan for personal data.
We can scope privacy controls, data-processing agreements, data access and deletion workflows, and applicable data location and transfer requirements.
Compliance work is scoped and priced upfront. Work required for the agreed replacement counts in the total savings comparison; additional requirements outside that scope are quoted separately. Required agreements, controls, and verification must be in place before regulated data is used. Readiness support does not establish an audit result or certification.
THE DETAILS MATTER
A few fair questions.
Can we buy out and self-host the software?
Every contract includes a buyout clause, so you can own and self-host your custom software. Your contract sets the buyout price and handover terms. After the buyout, there are no ongoing SoftwareAdvisors.com software subscription fees. You pay your hosting, compute, API usage, and any third-party license costs. Ongoing support is optional and priced separately. Your contract also sets how the buyout relates to the remaining annual commitment.
How long is the commitment?
The 50% savings commitment requires a one-year managed agreement, billed annually. We do not offer monthly plans.
What if we want to leave?
You always own your business data. Export all of it anytime during your contract and for 90 days after your contract ends, for any reason. Exports are free, in usable formats, and include your files. No renewal or software purchase is required to retrieve your data. The 90-day window is for data export; your agreement sets out any early termination terms for the annual service.
Can our project include SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR requirements?
SOC 2 readiness, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements can be scoped into your project, with the applicable controls, providers, agreements, and additional costs agreed before work begins. This work is scoped and priced upfront; requirements for the agreed replacement count in the total savings comparison. Applicable agreements, controls, and verification must be in place before regulated data is used.
Is there a fixed starting price?
We quote after understanding your existing spending, workflows, integrations, and workload. A public starting price would hide the things that determine whether the project actually makes economic sense.
Are AI costs included or billed separately?
Usage can be paid directly by you or rebilled at cost, as agreed. Either way, the agreed usage counts toward the total replacement cost used to measure the savings commitment.
What if our usage increases?
We define a workload in the proposal. Material increases in volume, new workflows, and additional features need a separately approved scope and budget. There is no unlimited-usage promise.
What if we decide not to proceed after the assessment?
There is no obligation. The assessment helps us understand whether a worthwhile opportunity exists. If the fit or economics do not make sense, there is no reason to force a build.
