Your assessment information

Our assessment asks about your main priority, approximate annual software spending and currency, name, work email, company, business location, role, and optional workflow details. A calculator estimate and campaign information can prefill or accompany the assessment. Your confirmed answers are sent only when you submit the final step.

We use this information to evaluate your request, estimate potential savings, contact you about your assessment, and keep a record of the inquiry. Submitting an assessment does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter.

The calculator

The calculator runs in your browser and estimates 50% of the annual spending you enter. We do not receive an amount simply because you adjust the calculator. Clicking an assessment link can prefill the amount and currency in our assessment. The assessment recalculates the estimate from the spending you confirm.

Service providers

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect it. Vercel also runs the assessment submission service. Submitted requests are delivered to our private Slack workspace for review. See the Vercel privacy policy and Slack privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

With your permission, we load the Google tag to measure which ads lead to submitted and qualified assessments. Advertising identifiers, limited campaign details, a submission reference, and qualification status may be shared with Google. Your name, email, company, workflow details, and spending amount are excluded from analytics events. We do not enable advertising personalization. Google measurement stays off until you choose “Allow measurement.” You can change your choice using “Measurement choices” in the footer. See how Google uses advertising information.

With measurement permission, limited click and campaign identifiers are saved in this browser tab for up to 24 hours and may accompany your submitted inquiry. A local preference remembers your measurement choice, and receipt identifiers prevent duplicate conversion counts. Separately, the assessment saves an unfinished draft in this tab so you can return to your answers; the draft clears after successful submission. Source, medium, and campaign labels may accompany your request.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information while useful for reviewing your request and managing the resulting business relationship, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information by replying to our follow-up. You can also use the assessment form and identify a privacy request in the optional workflow field.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment details, or sensitive customer records through the assessment.

Meeting bookings

After your assessment is delivered, an encrypted, secure browser cookie keeps your booking session for up to seven days. If you choose a meeting time, EA AI checks our advisor’s availability and creates a calendar invitation and Google Meet link. Your name, email, company, estimated savings, and assessment reference are included in the invitation. Private calendar event details and credentials are never sent to your browser. A booking update is sent to our private Slack channel.

Your business software data

You always own your business data. Export all of it anytime during your contract and for 90 days after your contract ends, for any reason. Exports are free, in usable formats, and include your files. You do not need to renew the service or buy the software to retrieve your data. The 90-day period is for data export. You can request earlier return or deletion; regulated-data handling follows the applicable agreements and your instructions.
